Reuben Appetizer
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 can corned beef
1 can sauerkraut, rinse and squeeze
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
Mis and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with party rye pumpernickel bread.
