Black Bean Chili

4 lbs. stew meat, cut up small
2 T. oil
4 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 c. A1 sauce
1/4 c. water
3 T. chilli powder
2 (15-oz.) cans black beans, drained

Cook meat in oil. Mix everything and slow cook all day on low in crockpot. Can slow cook on stove on low, too!

Spinach Quiche

9-inch deep-dish pie crust
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, sauteed
3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed

Put mushrooms first in pie shell. Sprinkle shredded cheese over mushrooms. Spread spinach over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
