Creamed Cucumbers
3 English cucumbers, sliced thin
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
Salt and pepper
Combine cucumbers and salt and pepper. Allow to sit for a while, then drain liquid. Mix in sour cream and sugar to taste.
